The DB NetWork
Quick Look
Day-1
Foundation
Improving essential movement patterns to help each athlete progress from a beginner to a more advanced athlete. Prior to each practice on the field, we will conduct film study for every position. Each athlete will be assessed on their 40-yard sprint, 5-10-5 agility, and vertical jump, with all results recorded digitally in our Universal Speed Lab database.
Day-2
Expansion
Coaches will build upon the foundational movements introduced on the first day by integrating advanced footwork techniques, position-specific drills, speed enhancement strategies, and IQ film analysis to further enhance these learning principles.
Day-3
Competition Prep
Coaches will expand on the prior lessons, guiding each athlete to begin integrating these skills for actual competitions. The drills will become more competitive, all while maintaining a hands-on coaching style.
Day-4
The final day focuses on combining all elements in a competive structured setting. We will re-evaluate the 40-yard sprint and 5-10-5 drill. Athletes will engage in a 7-on-7 mock game, while coaches offer essential guidance and coaching insights through each play. Each athlete will receive a takeaway learning video for long-term use, aiding in the memory recall of specific drills, coverage, WR releases, or QB coverage reads.
