PNW vs Mega Camp

If you haven’t put in your 10,000 hours—extra time in the weight room, on the track, and doing real football-specific work—not just 7v7 reps—you should be attending developmental camps first.

Mega camps can have hundreds of athletes competing for attention. The players who earn offers on the spot usually pass the eyeball test immediately because of their size, length, or elite speed. You’ll get very few 1-on-1 opportunities to prove yourself.

Don’t get distracted by a flyer full of college logos.

If you’re not ready to stand out physically yet, invest in your development. Learn the fundamentals, improve your technique, and build the skills that will help you separate yourself when the opportunity comes.

Development first. Exposure second.

The question is simple: Have you really been putting in the work?
