Day 1: Foundation, Testing & Movement Efficiency
Speed & Agility Training:
RPR Testing: 40-yard dash, shuttle, vertical
Dynamic warm-up, mobility prep, proper cool-down
Film & Pre-Practice Meeting:
Vision training, tempo control, decision-making at the mesh point
On-Field Skill Work:
Footwork patterns, progressions, zone vs gap reads, short-area burst
Competitive reps: 1v1 matchups, cutback & bounce drills
Half-line install with live tempo & read keys
Day 2: Acceleration & Advanced RB Techniques
Speed Mechanics:
Start stance breakdown, acceleration drills, top-end sprint form
Curved & band-resisted sprints for real-world angles
Film & Install Meeting:

Pressing the hole, defender manipulation, breaking down advanced run fits
On-Field Skill Work:
Pressure cuts, escape footwork, tempo switching, contact balance
